Your AI maintenance line answers tenant calls, day and night.
For the buildings you enroll, it answers tenant calls and texts, logs and classifies each issue under your rules, and may be configured to page your contacts in an emergency.
Give your tenants a 24/7 line for every issue.
What the maintenance line agent handles

Every call and text becomes a logged issue with the building, the unit and what the tenant reported.
Classifies urgency
Each issue is classified under the urgency rules you set.

The VIREC maintenance line agent is an AI agent that answers calls and messages from tenants, occupants and other persons you designate concerning the buildings you enroll. It logs each issue, classifies urgency under your rules and notifies you. Where you approve, it relays approved details to the trades or providers you designate. Where a caller describes danger to life or safety, it may be configured to direct the caller to emergency services and to page your escalation contacts. It cannot dispatch emergency services.
What needs your approval
Contacting a trade
No tradesperson is contacted until you approve it in the platform.
Relaying access instructions
Access details go out only after you approve that action.
Proposing a visit
A visit is proposed to a tenant only once you approve it.
The agent has no authority of its own. Every fee, repair or entry that follows is your commitment. Every VIREC agent tells people it is an AI. VIREC operates it as your service provider.
